- Packaging is included up to 10x10x6 boxes. Larger boxes will be billed at our cost.
- Clients are billed for shipping labels purchased through UPS at our special discounted rates (unless otherwise requested).
- All shipments are covered under our insurance at full retail value.
Returns/Recalls
Send back to Amazon, submit switcheroo case, sell to bulk buyer/liquidator.

Receiving
Any shipments received that can be unloaded in 20 minutes or less will incur no fee. Shipments requiring us to pull additional employees to unload will incur a receiving fee of $15 per 1/2 hour. (Highly rare)
Volume Price Breaks
There will be a $0.15 per unit price break at 1,500 units for the month. There will be a $0.25 price break at 3,000 units for the month. Both price breaks will begin the following month that target is achieved. Units rates for 5,000+ monthly units can be negotiated.
Storage fees
$30 per pallet for any items over 30 days old. If your pallet is not quite full we can assess by a case by case basis.
We package all items according to Amazon standards. Unlike other FBA prep companies, our base price includes receiving fees, product labels, tape, and listing fees.
In an effort to save you money on supplies and be environmentally conscious, we prioritize reusing all boxes and packing materials in good condition already on hand at the warehouse.
We follow Amazon’s guidelines regarding packing materials, such as poly bags and bubble wrap. We will automatically use these supplies in preparing and packing your items. These supply costs will be added to your base unit price, as they are required by Amazon.
We will also customize prep to accommodate your preferences above and beyond the minimum Amazon Requirements. Any extra prep supplies and services (i.e. extra bubble wrap, non-required poly bags, extra stickers, etc.) will be an additional charge. Just let us know the request, and we will be happy to quote a fair price.
Any prep requiring specialized boxing or additional packaging to “fill the void in a box” (outside of typical FBA shipments) will incur a fee to cover additional materials and prep time.
If you fall behind on payments we will hold on future shipments until payment is caught up or a payment agreement is made. A 5% late fee will also be applied to any invoice extending beyond 7 days unpaid from invoice due date. After an additional 30 days, if the no payment has been made, another 5% fee will be applied on the outstanding balance.
If no payments are made in 90 days your inventory will be subject to disposal. All payments made using a credit card will incur a 3% fee. We encourage payments be made by ACH, Zelle, Wire, or PayPal (F&F) to avoid fees for both parties.
